This is a book I have recently read by Claire LeGrand. This book is about Victoria Wright who is a girl who cannot stand messes or having tests with B’s on them. When Victoria’s friend goes missing, Victoria has to get him back. All paths lead to The Cavendish Home For Boys And Girls, an orphanage on Victoria’s street. Is it really an orphanage? Victoria must save the children inside even if it means getting a little bit messy. When I bought this book I had no idea what to expect…a book that if it was a movie, would be animation like ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’…a kids horror movie. When you read this book it will enchant you to write books yourself and explore otherworlds of creativity. I will definitely read it again.
