Plan International is a wonderful organization that gives you the opportunity to sponsor a child in an under privileged situation. I sponsor a young girl in Lilongwe, Malawi in Africa. Her name is Lidia. I write to Lidia as much as I can including; her birthday, christmas and any other time of year. Whenever I speak about Lidia, I refer to her as my adopted sister not as a child I sponsor. I know so much about Lidia that she fells like part of my family.
