24 Apr L.A Harbour Film Festival

L.A Harbour fest is a film festival in San Pedro California. I went to watch a plethora of shorts all about “What does L.A mean to you?” There were over 200 shorts entered and only 19 picked to show. My favourite was one about sitting in a traffic jam. The girl in the car was singing a song that she had made up and the lyrics were something like, “I love sitting in traffic, it gives me time to think…” etc. Then someone honked at her and she got out of the car and started shouting at the person who had honked at her, then she got back in her car all happy and started singing again and the it happened again a couple more times, I loved it and thought it was funny because of her comedy timing and the switching of emotions. We go to film festivals to support independent films and actors.
